When the Lion Circles: Why Isolation Is the Enemy's Favorite Weapon

 There's a pattern I've noticed lately, and I don't think it's a coincidence. Almost every family I know is walking through something right now — marriages under strain, health scares, financial pressure. And quietly, beneath all of that, individuals are slipping backward in their walk with God. Prayer life going cold. Passion fading into routine, and routine fading into nothing. Peter tells us exactly why this happens: "Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour" (1 Peter 5:8). That word choice isn't accidental.
